Terms and conditions
The check is free and for guidance: it shows what AI assistants answered at that moment and does not guarantee rankings. Paid plans renew until you cancel and are charged by Lemon Squeezy.
1. Who we are
RecomendIA is a service run by Samuel Pineda Kerguelen from Medellín, Colombia. Email: [email protected]. By using the site or buying a plan you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
2. What we offer
A check that asks AI assistants buying questions (ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity on the free plan; Claude and Meta AI on paid plans), reviews how ready a website is for AI to read and suggests fixes. We also offer weekly tracking (Pro and Agency plans) and a custom implementation service.
3. What to expect from the results
- Assistants’ answers change with time, location, language and wording. Each check is a snapshot of the moment it was run.
- The score and recommendations are for guidance. We do not guarantee that a brand will appear, move up or get visits on any AI assistant or search engine.
- Sample reports use made-up brands and simulated answers.
4. Acceptable use
- You may check your own site or a client’s site at their request.
- Do not use the tool to automate bulk queries, bypass plan limits or disrupt the service.
- We may limit or suspend access if we detect abuse.
5. Free plan and Pro trial
The free plan allows 3 checks per day. The Pro trial lasts 7 days and starts when you add a card in the checkout of Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, there is no charge; if you do not, the monthly Pro plan is charged at the published price from day 8 until you cancel. You can cancel from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by writing to us.
6. Paid plans
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and sends you the receipt. Prices are in US dollars and taxes may apply depending on your country.
- Plans renew every month or year until you cancel. You can cancel from the link in your receipt or by writing to us; access stays active until the end of the paid period.
- If something did not work as you expected, write to [email protected] and we will review your case.
7. “Done for you” service
Scope, price and timelines are agreed in writing in each proposal.
8. Intellectual property
The site, methodology, texts and code of RecomendIA are ours. Your reports are yours: you can use and share them, and the code in the recommendations is meant for you to paste into your site.
9. Liability
We provide the service as is and do our best to keep it running without interruptions. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the results or for changes by AI providers. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 3 months.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will publish the date of the new version on this page. They are governed by the laws of Colombia.
